Stainless Steel SPB SSGE.C Series are used for applications requiring rotation and oscillation. The rotation takes place on a sliding surface so the limiting speed is slow. Many styles require regular lubrication, but maintenance free styles are also available.

Standard designs utilize carbon chromium steel-on-steel sliding surface, which is hardened, phosphated and treated with Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2). Others have PTFE-lined steel outer sliding surfaces on chrome-plated balls. It applies to the machine which requires heavy radial load and axial load in a small-range direction.
