Spherical Plain Bearing GE.FW 2RS Series is simple in structure, easy to assemble and disassemble, and low in price.

The bearing area is large, and there is a layer of oil film between the journal and the bearing bush, so it can withstand large impact loads and vibration loads.

It is easy to form complete liquid friction at very high speeds, so it can be used in high speed applications.

It can be made into a split type, so it does not have to be loaded from one end of the shaft like a rolling bearing, and can be used in applications where the rolling bearing cannot be applied due to structural constraints.

Specification

1) Sliding contact surfaces: Steel vs. PTFE fabric.
2) Materials: Both outer race and inner race are made of high chrome bearing steel.
3) Heat treatment: Both outer race and inner race are quenched (hardened), outer race surfaces are phosphorized, inner race surfaces are plated with chrome.
4) Features of structure: Without oil groove and oil holes, with an axial split in outer race. With dual seals. Sticked with a PTFE fabric on inner surface of outer race. 

5) Properties: Self-lubricated, good wearability, corrosion resistance, self-alignment, dust proof.

Precautions
